Spaghetti-O's Grown Ups Will Actually Eat

Delicious Homemade Spaghetti-O's for toddlers and grown ups alike!

When you think back to childhood is there a favorite food that stands out? One that you always asked for or ate nothing but? For me, there are many but one in particular is Spaghetti-O's.

I've always loved a bowl of warm Spaghetti-O's with a side of bread and butter…especially in the cold weather months. There's nothing like opening your lunch box to find a thermos full of yummy, warm Spaghetti-O's. Those were the best lunches.

This recipe is all that and more. I love these Spaghetti-O's so much that I ate it just about every day last week for lunch. I'm. Obsessed. My girls also ate it and JMac said it was even better than the real thing. The best part about this recipe is that it's a one pot recipe that makes enough to have lunches for 3-4 days.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but you could make a double batch and freeze portions in muffin tins to have for easy & quick lunches.
